Hello Adventure is an adventure discovery platform that connects you, the traveler, with trusted tourism businesses across South Africa. To book an activity or tour, browse through our members, find an experience that interests you, and contact the business directly through their profile page.
Each business member has their own contact form, phone number, and booking information. We don’t handle bookings directly, you’ll book directly with them.
Who do I contact if I have questions about a specific tour or activity?
You can contact the tourism business directly using the contact details on their profile page. Each member manages their own bookings, pricing, availability, and customer service.
If you’re having technical trouble with the Hello Adventure website itself, then please drop us a message so that we can assist as quickly as possible.
Does Hello Adventure charge travelers any fees?
Hello Adventure is completely free for travelers to use. You browse, search, and discover South African experiences at no cost. You pay the tourism business directly for any activities, tours, or services you book with them.
Can Hello Adventure help me plan my South Africa trip?
While we don’t currently offer personalised trip planning services, you can explore activities by region (like Cape Town, Garden Route, or Kruger Park), by type (day trips, multi-day tours, activities), or by category (adventure, nature, cultural experiences). Our travel blog also features destination guides and tips.

How much does it cost to list my tourism business on Hello Adventure?
We offer various membership packages for South African tourism businesses, ranging from free to premium. Pricing depends on your business type and the features you need – click here to see the current package details and pricing.
What types of tourism businesses can join Hello Adventure?
We welcome South African tourism businesses in six categories: Activities (adventure, nature, cultural), Tours (day trips and multi-day tours), Events, Accommodation, Restaurants, and Travel Services. Whether you’re a skydiving operator, safari company, guesthouse, or tour guide, if you serve travelers in South Africa, we’d love to welcome you.
How do I edit my business details on Hello Adventure?
Log in to your Member Dashboard using your account credentials. From there, you can update your business information, photos, descriptions, contact details, pricing, and availability. We will be notified automatically and if everything looks good then we’ll approve the changes.

How do travelers find my business on Hello Adventure?
Travelers discover your business through our search and browse functions – they can filter by region, activity type, or category.
Featured members receive prominent placement on our homepage and category pages. Upgrading your membership package can increase your visibility through features and priority placement.
We also feature paid members on our social media channels, in our tourism newsletter and on our YouTube channel.
Does Hello Adventure handle bookings and payments for my business?
No. Hello Adventure connects travelers with your business, but you manage all bookings, payments, and customer service directly. Travelers will contact you using the information on your profile page, or book directly using your online booking profile link.
This means you maintain full control over your pricing, availability, and customer relationships.
How long does it take for my profile to go live?
Once you’ve completed your business profile form and your membership is confirmed, your profile typically goes live within 24-48 hours. You’ll receive a notification when your page is published. Make sure to include high-quality photos and complete descriptions to attract more travelers.
When you update the info on your profile page it will take another 24-48 hours for us to check and approve the changes.
Can I list my business in multiple categories?
Yes, depending on your membership package. Basic listings start with one primary category, but upgraded packages allow you to appear in multiple categories. For example, if you offer both day trips and multi-day tours, or run both an activity center and accommodation, you can be listed in relevant categories.
How do I become a Featured Travel Partner on Hello Adventure?
Featured Travel Partners receive premium placement on our homepage and increased visibility across our social media pages. Featured status is available through upgraded membership packages. Contact us to learn about featuring options and how they can boost your bookings.
Is Hello Adventure only for South African tourism businesses?
Yes, Hello Adventure currently focuses exclusively on tourism experiences within South Africa. We showcase businesses operating across all nine provinces, from the Western Cape to Limpopo.
