What makes Brenton Blue Tours different from other operators?

They focus on private, tailor-made experiences. Every tour is personalized to the client’s interests and pace. You never join a large group bus; instead one of their expert guide-drivers takes you in a comfortable vehicle, stopping wherever you want. Their long-standing local experience (since 1996) means they can also share off-the-beaten-path insights during the trip.

Can I book a one-way transfer or do I have to do full tour packages?

Yes, they handle transfers too. You can book one-way or round-trip transfers (e.g. from Cape Town airport to Knysna) without other sightseeing. Their services cover anything from a 1-hour shuttle to full multi-day itineraries, depending on your needs.

Are child seats and baby facilities available?

They can provide child seats and booster seats on request (free of charge). The vehicles are family-friendly, so you can safely include children of any age in your itinerary. Just mention any special needs when booking.

What payment methods are accepted?

Tours and transfers can be booked via their website or by email/phone. A deposit is usually required to reserve the date. They accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers. Payment policies (cancellation terms, etc.) are listed on their site.

Which languages do the guides speak?

All their guides are professionally trained and typically fluent in English and Afrikaans (and some also speak basic German or Dutch). If you need a guide in another language, it’s best to enquire in advance.

How do I pay?

You’ll pay the service provider directly when you make your booking. Any payment you make for your booking goes only to them; we (Hello Adventure) don’t charge them commission.
